df = pro.daily(ts_code='000001.SZ,600000.SH', start_date='20180701', end_date='20180718')

ts_code 有5000多只股票时报错

不要一次拼接太多ts_code，这接口不是你这么用的。
获取全量历史数据，你应该使用单个trade_date，把其余任何参数都留空，逐日获取每天的全量数据。
