Synergy with i18n short checklist?

fwiw, i18n has a similar checklist at https://www.w3.org/International/i18n-drafts/techniques/shortchecklist

Here are a couple of things (apart from the layout) that the i18n page does and the TAG page doesn't:

1. point to more detailed checklists/information
2. allow the checklist user to copy a report template into a GH issue, where answers can be recorded and discussed (by the WG itself and by the i18n WG).

PS: I would like to have applied an i18n-tracker label to this issue so that others in the i18n world would be notified of the comment, but this repo hasn't been set up for that. Could you contact PLH to integrate this repo into the horizontal review mechanism?
