Link from rolling version of the AS2 context to the latest numbered version #579

We don't have a way to tell which is the numbered version that corresponds to the current AS2 context at https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams.

We should include at least these indicators:

Text on the AS2 terms HTML page that specifies the numbered version it describes
An automated mechanism, such as an HTTP Link: header or a JSON-LD property that indicates that the main context URL is the same as the numbered version
