"action.social. job_change.Preparing to resign or recently resigned" really groups two unlike things. This should be broken down into a hierachy of children "preparing to resign" and "recently resigned" leading to "Preparing to resign or recently resigned" as the parent within action.social.job_change.

change the definition to remove "recently resigned".
