[BUG] "Enhance the Enter Key" doesn't work when the last item of a list is collapsed

To Reproduce
For a list like the following:

If item aa (the last item of list a) is collapsed:

Then collapse item a:

Then hit enter, and here's what happens:

But if the aa item (the last item of a) is not collapsed:

Then the result is normal:
