[BUG] Conflict with "Obsidian Base Tag Renderer" plugin

Describe the bug
When moving tagged list items via the outliner plugin the text of the list items gets mixed up and destroyed. This happens when also using the Obsidian Base Tag Renderer plugin and list items have tags in it.

I don't know which plugin is causing this, how they interact with the Obsidian editor and in which order, so I'm posting this issue on both repos.
It would be awesome to have both great plugins work together 😉

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install both 'Obsidian Outliner' and 'Obsidian Base Tag Renderer'
2. Create a bullet list with some items, indentation and tags in the items
3. Move list items around via Outliner
4. See error

Expected behavior
Both plugins should work after each other and not interfere.

Environment:

• OS: Desktop
• Obsidian Version: 1.4.16
• Plugin Version: 4.8.0
