Support more link types such as file:

Emacs org-mode has a number of inbuilt link types as well as the ability to configurate your own.

Examples are file:, doi: and irc:

In my trials, at least the file: link type doesnt work

In org-mode the link [[file:productivity.org]] opens the file productivity.org in the same directory as the file containing the link. The current version of vscode-org-mode doesn't treat this as a link at all. Links like this also work on GitHub.
If I reformat the above link to [[file://productivity.org]] it becomes clickable, but tries to open anything, perhaps it tries to find a file called productivity.org in the root directory of my system.

On my system I also have Zotero installed which registers the zotero:// protocol. Links such as [[zotero://open-pdf/WILYW79Z]] are currently also not clickable at all.
