Filling Theory section of XTP manual for Website

Needs to be done, not sure how to properly type the math and check it locally first without deploy.

@marvinbernhardt do you have any hints? Think you did it for CSG?

For the test without deploy part: cmake --build $build_dir --target sphinx or in $build_dir run make sphinx. This creates a sphinx.html folder with the website files inside.

It gives some warnings, but no math warnings apparently. In general, one can use LaTeX for the math.
