Suggestion: Key Combo to move current item up a scope #45

It would be nice to be able to hit a key combo to move the current item up one scope level. By default I would suggest "Shift + Tab" (to de-indent). This would move the currently selected item to be at the same level as its' parent.

as a workaround I ^y to cut & then again to paste when its parent is selected. but I agree this would be a nice quick improvement.

maybe ^tab for rightwards shift, shift+tab for leftwards

I was just going to propose that it would be very intuitive if, while typing a note, shift + tab would move the note being typed one level upwards. Then I found this issue, which seems the same.
