I'm trying to build dockerfile for base-image but it showing error as couldn't connect to server.
Dockerfile is failing as some package mangaer tool tdnf, photon couldn't reach online repositories to pull them.

Docker image for the base-image part so that I can make use of it without trying to pull other online repos for tdnf or photon.
