1.2.0版本 打包报错

下载了1.2.0 tag 版本的代码，在本地执行 mvn clean install 的时候报错如下：

Non-resolvable parent POM for com.vivo.jvm.sandbox:tars-plugin:[unknown-version]: Could not find artifact com.vivo.jvm.sandbox:repeater-plugins:pom:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT

请问，parent 里的这个 plugins 要怎么生成？

我试过，但是发现其他引用的依赖得一起改了，不然会有找不到方法的错。

另外，1.2.0tag 里的docker目录似乎没更新？
