Dear all, Could you tell me if Vitessce supports volumetric data rendering, e.g. 3D segmentations from microscopy or cell tomography? Best regards, |

Vitessce supports volumetric rendering for images, for instance with the dataset here https://portal.hubmapconsortium.org/browse/dataset/b6eba6afe660a8a85c2648e368b0cf9f. We do not yet support 3D segmentations but it is on our radar. Currently we only support 2D segmentations with either polygons or bitmasks. |
