Graph Search: How to use from examples?

I can't find anywhere in the examples or documents the Graph Search function. Could you help me locate it?

You first need to run fastdup and then we can instruct you how to try the graph part. So far we draw it with2 random nodes inside a component and then compute their shortest path. I wonder if this is useful or you want something else?
