Texture “tearing” / seams not aligning between neighboring tiles with different LOD levels. Is there a way to smooth this or to average the gltf heights?

FWIW Cesium For Unreal also seems to have this issue but the tiles load in relatively quickly and consistent for the zoom level (see #2505)
