Hoisting Feature not working

installed the plugin today and does exactly what I was looking for - many thanks.

I enabled hoisting by un-commenting let g:vo_modules_load .= ':newhoist' line in ~\.vim\plugged\vimoutliner\vimoutlinerrc file. However, \h doesn't seem to work.

Looking at directories, hoisting plugin has been moved to prev directory under plugin dir. So I am not sure if it is deprecated or additional steps need to be taken. There is no mention of it in doc.

Any hint as how could be fixed is highly appreciated.
