How to add conda virtual environment and python version?

I would like to display both the python version (e.g. Python 3.10.2) and the current conda virtual environment (e.g. (myenv) ) but I have no clue how to achieve this goal. I tried to read the documentation but I cannot find hints/examples that I could easily re-use.
I am running gvim 9.0 on Windows 10.
