Subject of the feature

现在网页截图、桌面截图的需求也挺多，实现截图的方式也多样，希望系统内加一下截图的功能，横向对比下优缺点，供用户参考，也给开发者提供一些思路

截图大部分都是canvas实现的，效果不是很好。可以试试chrome的插件“GoFullPage”

想问一下，可以不考虑别的问题，只是实现这个功能来pr吗，因为像上面说的，截图大部分是canvas实现的，也有svg的，效果可能不是很好。

@Torstentjh 没关系，任何主流形式都行，仅仅是实现demo就好
