ltex.language does not have Norwegian (nb, nn, no) as a allowed language

Describe the bug
LanguageTool supports norwegian but this option is not listed for ltex.language [ref]

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to ltex settings
2. Click on Language
3. Note that there is no Norwegian option.

Expected behavior
Since LanguageTool supports Norwegian I would expect ltex to support it.
