Install third-party optional app fails

Finally, adding a third-party app to the repo is OK.
Although it fails to dispay in Applications/Custom (internal server error, caused by: no vulnerability_id in object), it shows up in Agents/Custom.
Selecting and sending that to a particular agent ends with error:

"error": "Failed to install Custom App, Exception error: Index was outside the bounds of the array."

What's this and how to fix it to be able to deploy a 3rd-party app?
(I use the current branch anyway, with nginx compiled from source on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

My apologies for not responding sooner. I will look into this issue and update this issue, once I have a fix in place.
