JP domain list

Since many JP service providers enforces access from JP native IP, and may even requires DNS requests from JP client, I've built a custom jp list based on:

• Current domain-list-community (by searching with keyword jp and check the service provider and domain IP's actual location)
• Along with some more non .jp domains known to be JP sites.

Following is the constructed jp list, and an existing list with some @jp attribute labeled.

Since opening up a new geolocation and new attribute @jp would require much effort on maintenance and reviewing existing lists, therefore the list here is shared in this issue for reference, feel free to commit if decided to maintain one day.

I am OK with this proposal and willing to do the maintenance work afterward ;-)

Some thoughts about the shared pieces:

1. the list named jp is inconsistent with the other geolocation-based categories, category-jp sounds reasonable enough.
2. it looks like the category-acg mainly consists of Japanese sites, renaming it into category-acg-jp might also be a good move.
