add performance to data #268

Currently the performance number is logged here

mosaic/packages/core/src/QueryManager.js

Line 59 in 5c0c078

logger.debug(`Request: ${(performance.now() - t0).toFixed(1)}`);

But it would be good for the performance number to be returned to the application as part of the data, e.g.

      if(data) data.performance = performance.now() - t0
