It is impossible to update a style (and possibly do other style-related actions) while we were generating the compact index. After waiting a few seconds an error is shown: "Failed to update userstyle in database. Please try again."

fix(db): speed up queries for weekly stats

This change should reduce IO issues, which could be enough to resolve
the occasional database lock that was reported in #245.
