Multiple billable accounts

• One client/account assigned as accounting. The client themselves could have 0 billable items.
• Multiple other clients/accounts aka people invoice to the parent account.
• Multiple people can independently subscribe to subscription packages.
• Bonus: Parent can bulk manage/assign subscriptions.
• Bonus: Give all people within an organization a subscription's benefits with one total fixed price.
