Problem adding a filter to the metric #783

Describe the bug
I can't add a filter when creating a new metric.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Metrics menu
Click on Create Metric
Scroll down to Filter collapse
Add a Filter with property, operation and value
See error

Expected behavior
The metric should be created including the filter
