Automatically generate type identifiers for literals

Many ontologies define ranges for datatype properties. It would be good for Karma to automatically add the value of the range as the literal type for literals. Care must be taken to check that the range is a single URI, and not a complex OWL class.

We can add a global setting Automatically Generate Literal Types, which should be true by default.
