VS + shared + -DURHO3D_STATIC_RUNTIME=1 + debug version caused this assert

With -DURHO3D_STATIC_RUNTIME=0 all works perfectly. Probably -DURHO3D_STATIC_RUNTIME=1 must be disallowed for SHARED version.
