There's no information in this guide for administering Windows servers. I haven't done any Windows work in many years, so I can't add anything useful about it.

@misn0mr, by all means, make some PRs, I can use all the help I can get. Don't feel you have to wait till you have a fully-detailed Windows section, incremental additions are great.
