The only obstacle for this is conceptual. Discussions aside, this is not making it into the code any time soon, certainly not in the next release 3.4.0. However, you can make this happen using a SPARQQL UPDATE INSERT statement, through the SPARQL service of CHE

I know about the limitations. I just wanted to add the feature request of something we had discussed a few months back, I almost made (IDK if i have that in a branch or have lost it all together), and then forgot about it.

Actually this could then be used to offer a full REST API for data.
I.e: just like mongoDB has a REST API for stored documents, we could offer a REST API for stored Resources in the CHe
