Would you be open to publishing this crate on crates.io?

I've noticed that this helpful crate doesn't appear to be published on crates.io yet.

Unfortunately, crates.io does not accept any git dependencies, which makes it difficult for me to publish my own crate that relies on this one.

I am willing to send a PR if needed. But it seems like this crate is already in a great position for publication.
