V14-RC3: Deleting a block from the BlockList shows placeholder [INSERT BLOCK TYPE NAME]

When deleting a block from the BlockList the confirmation modal contains placeholder text [INSERT BLOCK TYPE NAME] rather than the actual name.

1. Add a BlockList datatype to any doctype
2. Add a block
3. Delete a block
   
4. Observe the placeholder in the modal
   
5. 😞

I expect the actual block name and not a placeholder text.
