Image deleted from Umbraco is not deleted from Blob storage #201

When deleting from the media section in Umbraco (and from the recycle bin) the files are removed from Umbraco but not from the blob storage. Soft delete is enabled on the blob storage accounts and this seems to be for both U7 and U8 versions.
