Azure Media Services for video uploads

This isn't an issue, rather an enhancement idea (and one I think many folks would like for both V7 and V8 of Umb). I currently have my media stored in an Azure SA, but... I'd really like to be able to configure the file system provider so it knows to fire video content into Azure Media Services rather than a storage account as video content on Azure is . We could then host video content on there and make use of some of it's features and pull it back into Umb as per the the details at the bottom of this page: https://our.umbraco.com/Documentation/Extending/Embedded-Media-Provider/index-v7

Has anyone done anything like this?
