[Bug]: The Enter key isn't functioning as expected within a quote block

What’s the bug you are facing?

when i press enter after toggling quote block , the enter start new line inside the quote block and there is no way for breaking out of quote block after first enter, how to solve this ?

enter should insert line break outside of the quote block
