Background Work

Feature Description

am trying to integrate my custom processor into chipyard flow. I have few signals which I would like to drive from digitalTop.
Any help /pointer will be greatly appreciated.

Motivating Example

I have a strap in Custom Core. I would like to drive the strap from chip IOPad
