Current Behavior

Readthedocs for the main branch isn't building

Expected Behavior

It should build and show up on chipyard.readthedocs.io

Other Information

I assume this issue with with sphinx_rtd_theme being updated in this commit: 990cea9 (version bumped from 0.5.2 -> 2.0.0)
