uTox updates?

Hello, in the light of current world state uTox could be useul with updated core and maybe possibility to add custom extra nodes by users in plaintext type of file(so they could share custom bootstrap file). You know to create isolated communities if outside world internet will be almost broken.

Update would be useful for everyone else in world too. I hope some developer will arrive.
