Ability to automatically run query after loading

If you're looking at the output of a query, then you load a different query, the output doesn't change until you manually run it. This is a bit weird, as one might expect the loaded query to run automatically...

I'd like to suggest either:

1. A setting to automatically run queries on load (that users can enable/disable as they wish)
2. A button/link for each saved query on the Load screen that lets you 'load and run'
