Add openairportmap.org as link to tags with icao-key

Hi,

first of all a disclaimer: I'm the author of openairportmap.org.

I saw the currently in the popup of overpass-results the icao-Tags link to uk.flightaware.com and I was thinking if it wouldn't be nicer to stay within the openstreetmap ecosystem and maybe link to openairportmap.org/{ICAO} instead?

I'm looking forward to your opinions. :-)
