so idk how to do it but i have a idea have a config as report webhook
and if someone reports a image the image link will be sended to the webhook in that discord channel with thumbnail delete link , view link

problem with this method

this way people can spam report and fill the webhook so idk any other good way

for smtp u first need smtp but for webhook u need nothing everyone has that for easy and free

I'll plan a Report feature for 0.15.0 but using the upcoming Admin Dashboard instead of a webhook (or also support webhooks in addition to the dashboard)
