Describe the bug
The Right Of Reply is a core tenet of journalism in the U.S. and it's even part of the law in other countries. It means that if the NYT or Fox News lie about you, you should have the right to reply to their lies in their paper or on their airwaves.
Elon Musk didn't think through one of his recent changes and as a result he's thrown the Right Of Reply right out the window. Or, maybe he just doesn't care.
The problem happens when someone blocks you but replies to one of your tweets. Before you could load your tweet in a private window to see the reply from the person who blocked you, but now you can't. The only way to see the blocker's tweet is to sign in with a different account, and most only have one account.
So, someone can block you, say anything they want on your own tweet, and you can't do anything about it: you can't see what they said about you. This is on your own tweet.
Meanwhile, "Mr Free Speech" still allows users to hide replies to them, giving fragile snowflakes much more power than those who challenge them.
If anyone wants to do something about this, urge @RealDanODowd to use the huge failings in Twitter's AI and algorithm in general against Musk. O'Dowd need to be urged to focus on Musk's obvious failings, those everyone with a Twitter account can see.
To Reproduce
