There are some reports that any failed step in teardown will abort the whole teardown process (despite the try/catch blocks described in #83.)

We expect that, if a teardown step fails, we should simply catch that failure, log some output, and then move on to the next step. Let's get some examples of the actual experience - but for now, we at least know that the dev phone removes old resources on its next setup.
