Python 3.6 has reached the end-of-life phase of its release cycle now, so I'd like to drop support for it.
PyPI Stats still shows it as around 7-11% of downloads, so I've held off on dropping support for it with Tweepy v4.5. It is EOL now though, so I don't think there should be too much issue with dropping support for it soon.
As of right now, I'm planning on Tweepy v4.6 being the last version to support Python 3.6, and dropping support for it in v4.7.

Tweepy v4.6.0 has been released, noting it as the last version to support Python 3.6, and PyPI Stats shows it at consistently below 5-7% of downloads now, so I've gone ahead and dropped support for it now.
