Using Tweepy to pull list of profile pictures and most recent tweet for x accounts

Hello,

am new here so apologies for my ignorance. I have a list of twitter accounts in a text file, I have been trying to extract the profile picture for each and also the most recent tweet from each. The tweets can be saved into any form (csv etc), ideally the profile pictures can be saved into a *.png. At the moment I have about 50 accounts in a text file and was hoping someone could help me with what commands to run?

I have a twitter dev account so have api and access tokens etc. Have looked on some tutorials and have just been going around in circles.
