Classic Era Anti-venom Out of Mana

The item "Anti-Venom" will always be colored as "Out of Mana" as a rogue, despite being usable.

I think this is because the item's "spell" costs 60 mana and rogues don't have mana. This also happens with Magic Candles another item whose spell has a mana cost internally and probably any other item like that. I haven't tested it but it likely shows incorrectly as out of mana on actually oom mana classes, despite being usable.
