Search frame does not show up on 10.0.2.46924

Describe the bug
The commands /lw or /ludwig dont open the search frame. Nothing happens. I can use /lw q 193745 to bring up the item frame, but nothing else. The button in titan panel also doesnt do anything for me.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. log into wow (with or without other addons)
2. type in /lw or /ludwig
3. See error (or in this case no error is shown)

Expected behaviour
I expected the seach frame to open after i use the commands /lw or /ludwig
