Option to temporarily display hidden action bars when dragging abilities

As part of the new improvements to the default UI in Dragonflight, Blizzard added support for hidden action bars to momentarily appear when you are actively dragging a spell, so that you can still add a key bind while keeping bars hidden.

I think it would be nice to have this feature baked in Dominos' action bars. As a workaround currently, I have a macro that toggles action bars when I want to edit my key binds (in case anyone has the same need).

This should be pretty easy to do. I'm already using a [cursor] macro to handle showing the buttons, so I could use it to override show states too.
