Option to hide XP bar on max level characters

I've been trying to find a way to keep one global profile for all my characters, and one thing I haven't been able to achieve yet is have the XP bar hide automatically for max level characters.

I know that one bar can be used to track honor, amongst other things, but it'd be interesting to have an opportunity to hide it altogether. Bonus points if we can anchor action bars to it, so they adjust automatically when the XP bar is present or not.
