Feature request for progress bar - fade when not tracking rep at max level

Hello,

Would it be possible to add a toggle that will auto-hide (as in non-interactive and click-through) the progress bar if rep is not being tracked and at max level (so no exp bar applicable)?

This would mimmic blizzard behavior in a way as I have no use for any other tracking like azerite gold honor etc..

I am trying to achieve a minimalistic UI but still want a bar when I feel like tracking a rep. When im not tracking it, I have this ugly dark bar just sitting there which I have no use for. Buf I cant set it to fade as it will be annoying when tracking rep.
