Add setting Hide the tooltip when single click on highlighted text and Add new tooltip position on Edge.

The tooltip when selecting text is very useful but I would like to hide it when i left-click on the highlighted text again. The reason is it will make it more friendly when display popups with this extension which shows a popup of search engines when I click on highlighted text: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/gipnlpdeieaidmmeaichnddnmjmcakoe

as you can see the first double click will highlight and trigger the translator tooltips above the text but when I click again on the highlighted text it will overlap each other popups.

Also it would be better if we can align the tooltip position far from the right of the cursor so that it will not be overlapped by mini menu text selection on Edge.
