add an option to activate or deactivate or new trigger combination key #100

Hello,

I would like to be able to display the the translation with a combination of key like:
selection + Alt , selection and mouseover + Alt

I would lilke to be able to ass "alt" or "alt + t" to trigger the translation display.

I dont want to the translation all of the time.

A simple option to activate or deactivate at the top or main menu could work too but a new key to trigger the translation would be better

With few directions or guides, i could try to make a branch and add the option. thank you
